Public Notice was formed with High School friends Paul Healy (Bass) and Andrew Swann (Drums), Andrew’s brother Paul Swann (Lead Guitar) and Simon Rhodes (Keyboards) joined.  We played covers and performed at Pubs in the South Eastern suburbs and did many friends parties.  We had a blast.
